Attorney Elena Paolini (Court of Cassation lawyer and business lawyer) is the creator of a revolutionary reform project in the management of legal proceedings in the Civil sector, in line with the aims of the industrial revolution 4.0.
The project is called Automated Cognitive Lawyer® L.A.C. filed on June 14th, 2016 with no. 739504 under the framework program Horizon 2020 already being examined by the European Commission.
The project designs the architecture of a high potential predictive algorithm for processing large flows of legal data, appropriately calibrated and modeled on existing system architectures that, once implemented, would establish an important turning point in the disposal of pending legal cases, in alignment with European indications in terms of timing of the Courts and Digital Culture, with a drastic reduction in costs related to Justice.
A tool that facilitates the question of managing the difference of legal systems in the footsteps of the project created by CSM European Gaius initiative. A positive effect that also reverberates on a theoretical and deontological level on the nomophylactic functions, including the central theme of law uniformity and of the admissibility of appeals, by renewing with new stimulation the practices that constitute the hermeneutic between ars legiferandi and ars interpretandi, also by creating new professional figures such as the Editor Lawyer.
